We maintain a very simple kitchen philosophy: high-quality products - whenever possible from the region - prepare lovingly and with passion. Our long-time chef Horst Mitterschaider is responsible for the physical well-being of our guests.
His love for cooking, regionality, his lived creativity and the passion with which he cooks have been part of the success of our house for decades.
We always strive to develop further - also in the culinary area. There is an à-la-carte area for lunch.
We will activate the sun terrace in summer for this - from here you have the best overview of the children's play area, the sports facilities and the sunbathing area and can comfortably enjoy small snacks, delicacies and Carinthian specialties.
Enjoyment for the whole family, or for mom and dad to enjoy relaxing.
For small refreshments in between, we have set up a self-service area in the sunbathing area and the beach volleyball court.
We offer you non-alcoholic refreshments, an espresso machine and sweet & savory snacks.
As always, dinner is at top level - Horst Mitterschaider's creations are almost legendary and make connoisseurs' hearts beat faster.
The weekly outdoor BBQ should not be missing either - in the past these were always the most beautiful evenings.
