After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us with the deposit conditions via email.

We charge 30 % of the total price (*local rates excluded).

Cancellation and Cancellation Fee

- Free of charge cancellation is possible until one month before your arrival.

- Cancelling the reservation 4 weeks to 1 week prior to the arrival is charged by 70% of the total price. 

- Cancelling the reservation within less than a week prior to the arrival is charged by 90% of the total price.

- No-show is fully charged (100% of the total price).

The all-expenses offer includes all meals (breakfast, lunchtime snack, six-course dinner), drinks from our juice stand, coffee/tea varieties found at the buffet, and spring water from our own well.

* Our all-expenses offer excludes alcoholic drinks and drinks ordered at the restaurant or at our cocktail lounge.

Payment on site can be made in cash, by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

If you book online, we need a credit card number (Visa or Mastercard) for insurance purposes. Note: The card will only be charged if there is a cancellation.

If you book directly, you get a booking confirmation describing the deposit terms (30 % of total price).

Our rooms are available at 04:00 pm the latest and at the day of departure, the check-out for the rooms is at 10:00 am the latest.

If the room is not checked-out at 10:00 am, an additional day is charged.

For available early check-ins or late check-outs, contact us via phone or email, please. This way, you may book an early check-in or a late check-out.

If your arrival is after 08:00 pm, contact us via phone, please.

Double room "Josef"can be booked as single bedroom.

Booking a room as a single bedroom is charged with an additional fee. Children are excluded from additional charges.

Short-term stays (1-3 nights) are possible and charged with € 30,- per adult and night. Children are excluded from additional fees.

We are a non-smoker hotel. We have a non-smoking policy in our rooms. However, smokers may use the balconies (balcony door must be closed). Also, you find smoking areas with ashtrays outdoors.

We recommend taking out a travel insurance. Find one at the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
